Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies
- 100 grams Mascarpone
- 30 grams Unsalted butter
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 grams Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- Prepping:
- Bring the mascarpone, butter, and egg yolk to room temperature.
- Sift the flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C (356 Fahrenheit).
- Making the dough:
- Put the mascarpone into a bowl and whisk until it's creamy.
- Add the butter and sugar and continue to whisk.
- Add the egg yolk, olive oil, flour, and salt into the same bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the dough into a pastry bag, and pipe onto a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once done, let cool, and enjoy!
