Chia Fruit Pudding

  1. Add chia seeds to coconut milk.
  2. Stir
  3. Add a bit of cinnamon.
  4. Stir
  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
  6. Chia pudding by itself lasts for 3-5 days
  7. Add fruits (and honey/agave if desired)
