Creamy Vegetable Pasta

  1. Cook fettuccine in a saucepan of boiling water according to pack directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic, spring onions, snow peas and broccoli for 3 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, ham, pine nuts and cream and heat through.
  5. Add fettuccine, half the Parmesan and seasoning and toss through to coat.
  6. Serve immediately sprinkled with remaining Parmesan.
