Creamy Vegetable Pasta
- 375g fettuccine
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
- 150g snow peas, trimmed
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices leg ham, sliced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 300ml light cream
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Cook fettuccine in a saucepan of boiling water according to pack directions.
- Drain.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic, spring onions, snow peas and broccoli for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes, ham, pine nuts and cream and heat through.
- Add fettuccine, half the Parmesan and seasoning and toss through to coat.
- Serve immediately sprinkled with remaining Parmesan.
