Hamburger Gravy
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 cups milk
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in flour, bouillon and steak sauce.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
