Cake with Pancake Mix and Tofu

• 80 grams Margarine
• 80 grams Sugar
• 70 grams Tofu
• 3 Eggs
• 200 grams Pancake mix

1. Preheat the oven to 180C (360F).
2. Grease and flour the mold or line with parchment paper.
3. With a spatula, mix margarine and sugar in a bowl.
4. Add tofu, eggs, and pancake mix in order.
5. Stir thoroughly.
6. Pour into the mold.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes to finish.
