Greek Souvlaki Dip
- 1 packages cream cheese (8oz.)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Mayonaisse (lite)
- 1 cup Feta cheese (mediterranean type)
- 1 can Black olives, sliced (3/8oz.)
- 1 9x12" disposable pan
- 1 large Mixing bowl
- 2 packages Taco chips of your choice
- Mix soften cream cheese, mayonaisse and italian seasoning, until well blended.
- Evenly spread mixture into 9x12" pan.
- Peal cucumber and dice into very small pieces.
- Set aside in a bowl.
- Cut tomatoes in halves and remove all seeds.
- Cut halves into strips then dice.
- Set aside in small bowl.
- Drain juice from black olives, dice into small pieces and set aside.
- Start alternating layers of cucumber, tomatoes and black olives onto cream cheese mixture.
- Continue doing this until there are no more cucumber, tomatoes or black olives left in bowls.
- Evenly sprinkle feta cheese over mixture.
- Cover mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
