Easy Bento Fillers--Hanpen Fishcakes and Scallion Okonomiyaki-Style

  1. Using your fingers, mash the hanpen in the unopened package.
  2. Slice the green onion and mix with the hanpen and mayonnaise in a deep container.
  3. Roll into balls and fry in oil.
  4. When they're done, top with okonomiyaki sauce and sprinkle with aonori.
  5. They're done!
