Mandarin Orange Cream Cake Recipe

• 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 4 Large eggs
• 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges with juice
• 1 can Angel Flake Coconut (opt.)

1. Mix together cake mix, vegetable oil, oranges with juice in a bowl.
2. Stir in coconut.
3. Pour into 3 (8" or possibly 9") greased and floured pans.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
