Mandarin Orange Cream Cake Recipe
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 can Angel Flake Coconut (opt.)
- Mix together cake mix, vegetable oil, oranges with juice in a bowl.
- Stir in coconut.
- Pour into 3 (8" or possibly 9") greased and floured pans.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
