Chocolate-Peanut Butter Fondue

  1. Microwave margarine and peanut butter in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  3. to 1 min.
  4. or until margarine is melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  5. Stir until well blended.
  6. Stir in dry pudding mix and half-and-half.
  7. Microwave 1 min.
  8. ; stir.
  9. Microwave an additional 4 to 5 min.
  10. or until thickened, stirring every min.
  11. Cover surface of fondue with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
  12. Cool slightly.
  13. Serve with assorted cut-up fruit or animal crackers for dipping.
