Samurai Spare Ribs Recipe kitchenero

  1. Chop all the vegetables and spices and put them in a deep pot.
  2. Trim your pork spare ribs by cutting through the flesh in between bones.
  3. We need to have individual cuts for every bone in the slab.
  4. Put them in the pot.
  5. Add your Soy sauce and Mountain Dew.
  6. Cover and put the pot on high heat and once it boils turn the heat down to low heat for 2 hours.
  7. After 2 hours, crank the heat up to high and let your sauce thicken.
  8. If your sauce sticks at the back of a spoon then youre done.
