Eunice's Pecan Pie
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1 cup white syrup (I prefer Karo)
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 2 standard unbaked pie shells
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, margarine and vanilla.
- Add pecans last.
- Pour equal amounts into two pie shells.
- Bake at 325 for one hour.
- Great served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
