Eunice's Pecan Pie

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add sugar, margarine and vanilla.
  3. Add pecans last.
  4. Pour equal amounts into two pie shells.
  5. Bake at 325 for one hour.
  6. Great served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
