Italian Sausage And Leeks With Fusilli

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Brown crumbled sausage and leeks in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Stir in broth and basil.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer over medium heat, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  8. Add red pepper and sour cream.
  9. Heat through.
  10. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
  11. Top with parsley if desired.
