Easy Italian Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
  4. Layer pesto, pimientos, mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over cream cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve with crackers or sliced Italian bread.
