Lemon Spinach Feta Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor, add spinach and pulse several times.
  3. Add lemon zest and juice, feta cheese, pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Run processor on high to combine ingredients.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish (I use an oval oven safe dish) and place into the oven.
  6. Bake 12 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. We love this with sliced toasted bread!
