Lemon Spinach Feta Dip
- 10 ounces, weight Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a food processor, add spinach and pulse several times.
- Add lemon zest and juice, feta cheese, pepper, and olive oil.
- Run processor on high to combine ingredients.
- Transfer to a baking dish (I use an oval oven safe dish) and place into the oven.
- Bake 12 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- We love this with sliced toasted bread!
