Hickory Smoked Burgers With Caramelized Onions

  1. Melt butter in frying pan and add sliced onion.
  2. saute until caramelized but don't burn them.
  3. Spread Ground Chuck until very flat.
  4. Cold smoke for 20 minutes using whatever wood you prefer.
  5. I use Hickory Wood Pellets.

  7. Make patties how every you like.
  8. I use a burger press and make them 6oz.
  9. Grill burgers to your liking.
  10. Slap on Bun and top with Caramelized Onions and whatever you like.
  11. Enjoy.
