Frito Salad
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 can 12 Oz Corn, Drained
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cup Chili Cheese Fritos
- Dice the green pepper, red onion and jalapeno and combine in a bowl.
- Drain the corn and add to the bowl with, GP, RO and pena!
- Add the sour cream, mayo and cheese to the bowl.
- Now why don't you go ahead and mix all that together?
- Take the Fritos and get a little aggression out by crunching them up.
- Not too much though, we don't want Frito dust.
- Then add this to the bowl and mix.
- Place in the fridge for about an hour.
- Top with some uncrunched Fritos serve and enjoy.
- Then go ahead and have another scoop, it's good and you ran today.
