A Simple Cake in a Frying Pan Teddy Bear Cake
- 2 large Egg
- 25 grams Sugar
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 8 to 10 grams Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1 Chocolate decorating pen
- Please refer to "Easy in a Frying Pan Swiss Roll Cake"to make the batter and the cream.
- This recipe uses the scraps from cutting the sponge into a rectangle.
- Using a paring knife, cut the sponge cake scraps into ear-shapes.
- Stick two pieces together by using the chocolate decorating pen as glue.
- Slice the swiss rolls.
- Glue on the ears with the chocolate decorating pen, and draw a face.
- You can also decorate the ears with any leftover whipped cream - decorate as you wish!
- At first, I decorated the cake like this... Hmm.
- Since it looks nothing like a bear, I revised my methods.
- It looks so different when the two are positioned side-by-side.
