Chicken Fajita Pita Recipe

  1. Heat corn oil, garlic and Mexican seasoning over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in chicken.
  3. Stir fry about 4 min.
  4. Add in red pepper, onion and lime juice.
  5. Saute/fry 4 min.
  6. Spread on pita bread.
  7. (May top with salsa and lowfat sour cream.)
  8. Fold over -- ole!
  9. (Pita bread may be heated a few seconds in microwave.)
