Ham Quiche

  1. Beat eggs; add half and half.
  2. Add remainder ingredients and pour into pastry shell.
  3. Bake at 350F for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
  4. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
