Fresh Peach Pie....easy!!!
- 1 baked pie crust
- 5 cups peaches
- 34 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 34 cup water
- 85 g peach Jell-O, package
- Slice peaches into baked pie crust.
- Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water.
- Add the jelly powder.
- Cook until thick and pour gently over sliced peaches.
- Chill at least 2 hours, serve with whipped cream.
