Apple Summer Slaw Recipe

• 4 c. purchased coleslaw blend
• 1/4 c. sliced green onion
• 2 med -size apples cored and cubed Dressing (recipe follows)

1. Combine coleslaw, green onion and apples in large bowl; toss to mix.
2. Pour Dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
3. Chill till serving time.
4. Dressing3 Tbsp.
5. sugar1/4 tsp.
6. each: salt and apple pie spice 3 Tbsp.
7. cider vinegar2 Tbsp.
8. oil
9. Combine sugar, salt, spice, vinegar and oil in small bowl; whisk to combine.
