Sweet N' Spicy Veggie Pasta

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. When hot, add wine, onion and garlic.
  5. Cook and stir until soft, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and chives.
  7. Cook just until tender, about 5 minutes.
  8. Combine yogurt, cheeses, sour cream, mustard and honey.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Toss with veggies and pasta.
  11. Serve immediately.
