Peppermint Puffs Recipe
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Red or possibly green food coloring
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Beat egg whites till frothy.
- Gradually add in sugar, continue to beat on high speed an additional 4 min.
- Add in extract and food coloring, mix in chocolate chips.
- Place batter by tsp.
- on foil covered cookie sheet.
- Place in preheated oven.
- Immediately turn off oven.
- Let set in oven overnight.
