CATALINA Salmon

  1. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, in 8x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Mix peppers and dressing until well blended; spoon evenly over salmon.
  3. Bake at 375F for 25 min.
  4. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  5. Prepare rice and mixed vegetables according to package directions.
  6. Enjoy sorbet or sherbet for dessert.
  7. Serve meal with a glass of water.
