Orange Banana Cheesecake
- 1 12 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 14 cup frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
- orange section, and banana slices
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 12 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 teaspoon orange rind, grated
- 12 cup orange juice
- Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.
- Beat in mashed banana, juice concentrate, eggs and rind.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until set.
- Cool.
- Top with orange sections, banana slices and orange glaze; chill.
- ORANGE GLAZE:.
- In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, and orange juice; cook and stir until thickened.
- Cool.
