Cherry Tomatoes With Crab Meat Recipe
- Cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounce. can crab meat
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 1 garlic bud, pressed
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. coffee cream
- 2 shakes Tabasco sauce
- Green olives
- Cut hole in top of cherry tomato and remove insides.
- Clean crab meat.
- Saute/fry butter, onion, grated garlic on low heat till blended.
- Remove from heat and add in mayonnaise, lemon juice, coffee cream, crab meat and Tabasco sauce.
- If mix is too thick, add in 1 more Tbsp.
- coffee cream.
- Fill tomatoes, pile high, place 1/2 olive on top.
- If serving warm, mix 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle over top of filled tomatoes.
- Place under broiler 1 to 2 min till bread crumbs are lightly browned.
