Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon & Sriracha

  1. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk, placing yolks in a mixer bowl.
  2. Beat yolks until creamy.
  3. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, Sriracha and lemon juice; mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pipe into each egg.
  5. Top with bacon and cilantro.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
