Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon & Sriracha
- 24 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 5 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 slices candied bacon, chopped *see tip
- chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk, placing yolks in a mixer bowl.
- Beat yolks until creamy.
- Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, Sriracha and lemon juice; mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
- Pipe into each egg.
- Top with bacon and cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy!
