Slow Cooker Sweet & Tangy Chicken
- 40 ounces, fluid Bottled BBQ Sauce
- 15 ounces, fluid Pineapple, Chunks
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 8 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- In a large bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, pineapple with juice, green bell pepper, onion and garlic.
- Arrange 4 of the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken.
- Place remaining chicken in the slow cooker and pour remaining sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours.
