Tropical Sunrise Parfait
- 2 cups canned pineapple, drained (tidbits or chunks)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 13 cup dates or 13 cup raisins, chopped
- 14 cup toasted sliced almonds
- Layer the pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates (or raisins) in parfait glasses.
- Sprikle almonds on top and serve.
