White Choc Cherry Brownies

  1. grease square cake pan 23cm.
  2. line with baking paper.
  3. place butter chocolate in pan and sir over low heat til melted and smooth without boiling.
  4. stir in sugar.
  5. allow to cool 5 minute.
  6. stir in eggs vanilla extract sifted flours extra chopped chocolate.
  7. spread in pan.
  8. cut chocolate bars into strips and place evenly on top and press down slightly.
  9. cook in 180 degrees oven.
  10. 35min til golden brown cool in pan.
  11. turn out slice trim edges and cut into squares dust with icing sugar.
