Sheryl's November Three Bean Stew With Pintos Lentils and Great Northern Beans
- 2 medium Hamhocks
- 1/2 cup each pintos , lentils and great northern beans
- 2 quart water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 packages baby carrots
- 1 tsp equal parts curry and cumin
- 1/2 as needed Teaspoon salt to taste
- Add water, ham hocks and dry beans to crockpot cook on high two hours, add all other ingredients continue to cook two hours until beans are tender serve Hot
