Slow cooker chicken tacos
- 3 Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless (cut in half)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 1/3 cup Fresh, chopped Cilantro (coriander)
- 2 medium limes
- 1/4 cup Hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 can Corn (drained)
- 1 Chicken bullion cube
- 1 Corn our flour tortillas
- 1 Cheese (your choice)
- Add diced tomatoes, juice from limes, cilantro, hot sauce, onion, taco seasoning, and corn to slow cooker.
- Mix well.
- Dissolve bullion cube in water, then stir into slow cooker.
- Add the chicken to slow cooker.
- Ensure the chicken is coated well with the mix already in the cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken with 2 forks
- Scoop onto corn or flour tortilla, add cheese, and enjoy...
