Two Kinds Of Spinach Salad (Japanese Style)

  1. Here's the first kind: Spinach and Crab Stick Sesame Sauce Salad.
  2. Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water, refresh in cold water, drain and squeeze out well.
  3. Cut into the same length as the crab sticks.
  4. Shred the crab sticks.
  5. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, add the spinach and shredded crab stick and combine.
  6. Transfer to serving plates.
  7. Spinach Salad With Mustard Vinegar Miso:
  8. Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water, refresh in cold water, drain and squeeze out well.
  9. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
  10. Drain the oil from the tuna.
  11. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, and add the spinach and tuna in that order.
  12. It's easier to mix that way.
