To Serve With Ramen: Garlic Bean Sprouts

  1. Spread some oil (sesame oil would be good) thinly on a frying pan, and stir fry the bean sprouts over medium heat.
  2. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Turn the heat down to low, add the grated garlic and ginger and mix in.
  4. That's it.
  5. (If you don't lower the heat, the grated garlic will splatter...)
