To Serve With Ramen: Garlic Bean Sprouts
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Spread some oil (sesame oil would be good) thinly on a frying pan, and stir fry the bean sprouts over medium heat.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Turn the heat down to low, add the grated garlic and ginger and mix in.
- That's it.
- (If you don't lower the heat, the grated garlic will splatter...)
