Raspberry Sherbet
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 pkt. Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Low Calorie Drink Mix
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- Add milk to drink mix in large freezerproof non-metal bowl; stir until mix is dissolved.
- Freeze 2 hours or until partially frozen.
- Spoon into blender; blend on high speed until smooth.
- Return to bowl.
- Whisk in Cool Whip until blended.
- Freeze 4 hours or until frozen.
- Remove dessert from freezer 20 min.
- before serving.
- Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
