Easy Mushroom Saute
- 1 cup butter, no substitutions
- 32 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 2 (1/2 ounce) packagesranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
- Remove the stems and clean the mushrooms by brushing off all the dirt or, as my daughter does, by simply peeling.
- Melt butter in large skillet and add mushrooms.
- Saute until tender.
- Add Ranch dressing packets and cook until some of the liquid evaporates.
