Peach-Blueberry Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares; place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.
  3. Toss fruit with dry jelly powder; spoon onto centres of pastry squares.
  4. Brush edges of pastry lightly with egg.
  5. Fold each pastry square diagonally in half; seal edges with fork.
  6. Brush tops with remaining egg; sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until puffed and golden brown, turning and reducing oven temperature to 375 degrees F after 10 min.
  9. Cool slightly.
