Bakkwa omelet

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with light soya sauce.
  2. Put aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  4. Stir fry onion, bakkwa and preserved turnip till sizzling.
  5. Pour egg mixture into frying pan.
  6. Spread evenly like a pizza.
  7. Sprinkle white pepper powder and ground black pepper.
  8. Fold the omelet into semi circle.
  9. Slice into pieces with spatula when cooked.
  10. Ready to serve with rice, porridge or even over a bowl of ramen.
