Zoikssssssssssssss Witches' Fingers

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into thick chip shapes.
  2. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  6. Return to the pan once 5 minutes are up.
  7. Add oil and shake until coated in oil.
  8. Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200C degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  9. until golden, turning halfway through cooking.
  10. Sprinkle with some salt and serve with ketchup.
