Classic Ranch Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing; spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 min.
  5. Meanwhile, mix chicken, onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
  6. Add meatballs to baking sheet with potatoes; bake 20 min.
  7. or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. About 5 min.
  9. before meatballs and potatoes are done, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min.
  10. or until crisp-tender.
  11. Drizzle meatballs with remaining dressing.
  12. Serve with potatoes and drained beans.
