Angel Buns Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast & sugar in hot water in medium bowl.
  2. Fold in baking mix & lowfat milk till dough forms.
  3. Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix.
  4. Knead 10 times.
  5. Roll 1/2" thick.
  6. Cut with 2" biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Let rise in hot place about 30 min or possibly till soft & puffed.
  9. Heat oven to 425.
  10. Bake 6-8 min or possibly till golden.
  11. For high altitude: Let rise for 20 min.
  12. Heat oven to 450.
  13. Bake 5 min.
