Beef Tips In Gravy Recipe
- 2 lbs. sirloin steaks
- 1 can B'B mushrooms in butter
- 1 pkg. onion gravy mix (Lipton)
- Cut and brown meat on all sides, add in mushrooms, cook till juice is brown.
- Add in 2 to 3 glasses of water.
- Simmer for 30 min.
- Add in onion gravy mix and bring to boil.
- If using electric skillet, cook at 240 to 260 degrees.
