Slimming Tea
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1 tsp shredded genger
- 1 tsp Pomegranate peel. chopped
- 1 tsp chinese green tea
- 1 tsp chopped mint.
- mix all the ingredients together, and boil them for 3min.
- drink it after each meal.
- after using it for about a week your going to see a verry big difference.
- the ingredients are for one day.
- so daily, you should make a new one.
