Bean Soup

  1. In pan, brown ground meat and add onion.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. *If you drain the cans before adding them at this point add 1 1/2 cup of water.
  4. If you did not drain the cans, I like to use the juices for flavor, you probably wont need to add water unless you want your soup soupier.
  5. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
  7. It's also yummy with Crispy Rounds.
