Smokin' BBQ Ranch Tacos
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/2 cup Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Score steak on both sides with shallow cross-cuts.
- Mix dressing and hot sauce.
- Remove 2 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture; brush onto steak.
- Grill 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Top tortillas with meat, tomatoes, avocados and remaining dressing mixture.
