Lemon-Basil Butter

• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 lemon, juice and zest of
• 12 teaspoon paprika
• 14 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend together well.
2. Put into a container or on wax paper and roll into a log and chill.
