Barley & Almonds Recipe

  1. Rinse barley in cool water and drain.
  2. Saute/fry nuts in 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter till golden brown.
  4. Add in remaining butter and saute/fry barley and onion till tender.
  5. Add in remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat broth to boiling and pour over barley.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min, uncovered.
