Round Steak Rolls Recipe
- 1 slice round steak
- 1 onion
- 1 to 2 slices bacon
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 c. warm water
- Oil
- Divide steak into about 6 pcs.
- Lb.
- thin as it is easier to roll.
- Cut onion in slices, then in half.
- Cut bacon into pcs.
- Place on one end of each piece some onion, bacon and seasoning.
- Roll and fasten with toothpick.
- Heat oil and brown rolls.
- Pour off oil.
- Add in water and sprinkle with ketchup.
- Let it come to a boil, then simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs.
- This is good served with mashed potatoes.
