Cheesy Ground Beef & Biscuit Bake
- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
- Separate dough into biscuits; cut each into quarters.
- Combine with meat, salsa and half of the VELVEETA.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 min.
- Top with remaining VELVEETA; bake until VELVEETA begins to melt.
