Turkey Crunch Casserole
- 3 cups turkey (or chicken
- ham), diced and cooked
- 2 cups hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered and blanched
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- Chow mein noodles
- crushed potato chips
- Mix the first six ingredients togather.
- Stir the soup into the mayonnaise.
- Toss with turkey mixture.
- Put into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
